EXHIBITORS:  We are accepting vendors for a table-top display during the meeting.  Click on this link to download Exhibitor Information , or you can sign up online in the Event section of this website. 

The exhibit fee is $500.00 for KFIA Members and $650.00 for non-members.  Non-member fee includes a one-year membership to the association.  Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited space available. Additional exhibit staff or spouse can attend for a charge of $150.00 per person. 

Tabletop exhibit fee covers registration for four people, one draped table, two chairs, Welcome Reception on Tuesday, KFIA/Tree Farm Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, and all breaks.   Please return the Exhibitor Agreement to the KFIA office as soon as possible.  To have your company name listed in the meeting program, we must receive your registration by March 20. 

Please note: KFIA Platinum & Gold Leaf Club Members can have an exhibit at the Annual Meeting at no charge.

Optional Tour:  April 9 at the conclusion of the meeting we will be going to Keeneland Racetrack with Grandstand seating.  Tickets are $20 for gate admission and have to be purchased ahead of time.  Please register if you are interested in joining us at Keeneland. 

ACCOMMODATIONS: Hilton Lexington/Downtown (369 West Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507), call direct on 859-231-9000; you are responsible for making your own room reservations and should do so as soon as possible.  Our group rate is $162.00/night. The theme of the meeting will be Growing Forward - The Next Chapter. Our industry has been impacted by challenging times, and throughout it all, KFIA continues to collaborate with numerous partners to address the issues facing our members and the hardwood industry. KFIA has been a voice for our membership for over 60 years, and with continued support, we will remain ready to assist when and where we are needed.

The agenda will emphasize partnerships, community, and collective progress in forestry and related industries, along with updates on initiatives supporting workforce development and market promotion. We will discuss legislative action at the state and national levels. The meeting will feature a Welcome Reception for early arrivals and a golf outing on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday mornings will include speakers on topics of importance to the industry. On Wednesday, a luncheon and afternoon hospitality social time will provide plenty of opportunities to meet attendees. The exhibit area will be open throughout the meeting, with activities to help exhibitors connect with potential contacts.

KFIA is a trade association dedicated to serving and promoting the forest products industry of Kentucky.  Founded in 1965, it has over 950 members in areas of primary and secondary wood industries, supplier and service industries, wholesale, loggers, and landowners.
